Swimming Pool Cleaning & Maintenance

We offer weekly and bi-weekly pool maintenance schedules which include:

• Water testing and chemical balancing (ChemPlus certified by BioGuard - NSPI accredited)

• Includes vacuuming, skimming the pool

• Backwash, or clean filters as needed

• Empty pump and skimmer baskets of debris

• Brush sides of the pool

Let us maintain your pool so you have more time to enjoy it. Please contact us for pricing. Services start at $80/trip with a 1 hour minimum per trip, then billed at 1/2 hour increments. Customers located farther than 20 miles of our main location will require additional travel charges per trip. Our coverage areas are on the East Side of Rochester including Victor, Farmington, Fairport, Canandaigua, Pittsford, Penfield, and Perinton.

We are fully insured and ask about our clear water guarantee.

Swimming Pool Opening

All swimming pool opening packages include startup chemicals, cover draining, filters, pumps, and heaters will be inspected and started. Water will be adjusted to the proper level as needed . The winter cover will be rinsed off and folded for storage. Inquire for pricing for non-chlorine pools (Baquacil, Soft Swim, bromine, and salt water systems).

In Ground Pool Opening (pools with waterbags, and/or non-mesh covers):

• 16 x 32 and under - $299 ($274 for safety/loop loc cover)

• 20 x 40 and under - $319 ($294 for safety/loop loc cover)

• Over 20 x 40 - $349 ($324 for safety/loop loc cover)

• Above Ground Pool Opening: $239

More pricing:

• Optional brushing, cleaning, and vacuuming of pool at the time of opening is available at an additional charge.

• Starting at $179 - cover removed by customer and chemicals supplied by customer

• starting at $229 - cover removed by customer and startup chemicals supplied by our company

• $100 additional if more than 8" needs to be pumped off cover. If there is an abundance of leaves on the cover, $150. Wet leaves are heavy and require more labor and strains equipment.

• Filter media can be changed upon request at an additional charge. This should be performed at the time of opening and every 5 years.

• We do not remove, or install pool slides due to liability.

Swimming Pool Closing

All swimming pool closing packages include closing chemicals to ensure a clear pool in spring. The pump, filter, lines, and heater are drained and winterized. The water level will be lowered below the skimmer, intake lines will be plugged, and skimmer plate or gizmo installed. Inquire for pricing for non-chlorine pools (Baquacil, Soft Swim, bromine, and salt water systems). For in ground pools, we add pool water antifreeze to the skimmer and pump for added protection. 

In ground Pool Closing Pricing:

• 16 x 32 and under - $265 ($240 for safety/loop loc cover)

• 20 x 40 and Under - $299 ($274 for safety/loop loc cover)

• Over 20 x 40 - $335 ($310 for safety/loop loc cover)

• Above Ground Pool Closing: $209 for 24’ and under, or 15x30 under

• Above Ground Pool Closing: $235 up to 30’ round

  • For above ground pools in windy areas, we recommend 2-3 cover clips per upright to hold your cover in place over the winter.

  • Decks, main drains, and placement of cover clips may require additional supplies and labor

• We do not remove, or install pool slides due to liability.

• Additional winterization supplies including water bags, air pillow, winter plugs, gizzmos, cover clips, etc. are not included in the pricing

• Winterize lines only - $175 + tax. We will blow the underground lines, main drain (if applicable), skimmer, pump, filter, heater (if applicable), and chemical feeder. We will add antifreeze to the intake line and to the pump to prevent seals from dry rotting. 2-3 gallons of antifreeze will be used. NOTE: anti-freeze is alcohol based and non-toxic. We do not use ethylene glycol based anti-freeze.

• Filter media can be changed upon request at an additional charge.

Pool Filter Sand Replacement

We perform sand replacement for pool filters. This task should be performed every 5-7 years using only high rate No. 20 Silica Sand. Our process ensures that the stand pipe and laterals are protected through the process of changing the sand.

• All pricing includes sand delivery

• 200lbs of sand, or less - $225

• 300lbs of sand, or less - $265

• 400lbs of sand, or less - $349

• Call for estimates on filters over 400 lbs

• We offer bundled pricing with opening and closing services.

• D.E. & cartridge filter cleaning - $79 (includes thorough cleaning of filter and components, o-ring lubrication, including degreaser and scale removal)
